No, you can not do so without consent of other co-sharer.

You can gift only your share in that ancestral property.

sir, i am d solo owner of my agriculture land , i have four siblings 1 son n 4 daughters all are married and well settled.this land is my ancestral property. I dont want to give my property share to my daughters , so i would like to confirm if i can gift it to my son or daughter in law or to my grandsons.

You can not do so without the consent of all co-sharers.

1. Ancestral Property CANNOT be gifted : Supreme Court
2. Make a duly Stamp Duty paid Registered "Family Settlement Deed", of all the Legal Heirs (Class -I and Class-II under the Hindu Succession Act), with appropriate clauses, alienating /releasing rights /partioning /Gifting or whatever, pertaining to the immovable ancestral property.

The entire ancestral property cannot be gifted to any person you intend to gift with, you can gift away only your share in the said ancestral property in favor of your daughter in law, the other share holders namely your daughters' share will lie with them and not with you.
