While dealing with any property related purchase matter which mode of payment is most secure & suitable.

My opinion is in favour of cheque drawn in the name of the owner of the property.

cheque may not be acceptable to the seller. If he agree better option.

Bankers cheque or draft are almost same, Draft is payable out of station, Banker's cheque is payable at the same Branch from where it was purchased.
