My sister filed sec 125 against her Husband two months before and a Summon was sent to him But her husband did't appear in the court on first date. So what should be our next important step that he bounds to appear in the court because my sister and her Child did't getting any maintenance for the last one year.

If it is shown that summons is served then the court may proceed ex parte.

Obtain the information rregarding service of summons through your counsel and request him to intimate the court for further proceeding, if same has properly been served.

My Counsel suggest me interim maintenance will be appeal on next date. So please suggest me Counsel going to the right direction or what should be our next important step that he must attend in the Court.
