Dear Experts,
I have read an article in Hindustan times dated 07/11/2014, wherein Hon'ble Justice SMT Sadhana Jadhav from Bombay High Court had directed Police Commissioner (Mumbai) to stop routine initiation of chapter proceedings. I require the copy of this notice, please guide me where can I get it. I have searched on Bombay High Court website but not able to trace it. Request your expert guidance on same. This is type of bond asked by Mum Police to maintain peace of the locality.This cases are registered by police on basis of one NOn Cognizance offence also.
