Kiran Kumar (Expert) 30 April 2010
pls mention some facts, otherwise its a big chapter only.

the general procedure is one can ask questions only to the extent of facts involved in the case.
Parveen Kr. Aggarwal (Expert) 01 May 2010
Evidence is not to be given during cross-examination but the opposite party is given a chance to ask questions from witness of a party in order to verify the truthfulness of the evidence given by a witness in his examination-in-chief. You may study the provisions of Chapter X of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872.
