CONTEMPT OF COURT

WHEN A RULING/DECISIONS IS MADE BY SUPREME COURT OF INDIA IN GENERAL, AND THE SAME IS NOT FOLLOWED IN SPITE OF MENTIONING THAT THE PERSON IS VOILATING THE SAID RULING, IT IS AN INDIRECT CONTEMPT OF COURT. UNDER WHICH SECTION IT CAN BE CLASSIFIED.WHAT IS THE PUNISHMENT.

Each and every subordinate court is bound to follow the verdict of Apex Court of India in similar matter having similar type of facts and law mentioned therein.

If any court violates the aforementioned settled procedure than in that condition, a complaint in simple language an be made to SCI as this is nothing but mockery of judicial system if any magistrate do not follow such procedure,

It is not contempt Court.The aggrieved person can go for appeal.
