To,
Respected sir,
My client is finance co. company finance on hirer againts vehicle, Hirer not pay instalment, so co.has seized vehicle and sold it.thenafter co.has filed form 36.tjat time hirer file objection for not transfer said vehicle.my client meet R T O for objection.co.has take legal steps & procedure for sold vehicle thenatfer RTO is not ready take action againts objection. What can do for this objection ? Please give me advise for it.

The hirer cannot have any valid objection because he is a defaulter. If the RTO is not overruling the objkections,appraoch the High Court by filing a writ petition against teh RTO.
