Hi,
I want some suggestion as one of my friend got married in nov.2008 and a son is born last year in dec.2009. since marriage the behaviour of my friend's wife were very cruel toward my friend & his whole family.
She is a Government employee & my friend is also at a good place in G.N.D.U.ASR and getting handsome salary. now his wife left him & went to her parent's home with a child & today he got secret information that she is going to file a false complaint u?s. 498-A IPC against my friend & his whole family.
Please suggest something for the safety of my friend & his family and so please reply me at nl.trhn@gmail.com as early as possible

the info is not complete.
1. cruel - common man thinking of cruel is not enough. what are the actual act of cruelty, physical or mental, incidents etc are to be discussed. it is subjective
2. circumstances of her leaving your friend not told. please be honest and clear. why will someone suddenly leave with nothing happening,that too a son is conceived after 3 months of marriage.
Q is why are they not in talking terms
3. it is not possible to fight imaginary complaints. but why not look at patching up with wife and handling real issues
be it
argument and disagreement
extra marital affair
friends indiscretion
offending wife's ego, feminity
offending inlaws
than letting it drift
why not your friend think of filing restitution petition to make his wife stay with him?
please meet counsellors/psychologists.
