YOU MAY FILE AN APPLICATION FOR BAIL AND APPEAR IN THE COURT .DEPENDING ON SECTIONS OF I.P.C.AND SERIOUSNESS OF OFFENCE COURT WILL IMPOSE THE CONDITIONS FOR BAIL.IN CASE OF SERIOUS NON BAILABLE OFFENCES UNDER I.P.C.WHERE PUNISHMENT IS MORE THAN THREE YEARS YOU HAVE TO FILE BAIL APPLICATION TO THE SESSIONS COURT.
