Filing before H'ble High Court

I have signed in appeal before High Court in one of the matter regarding Provident Fund on behalf of my company.
Now i want to know whether am i liable for any kind of query regarding this matter personally? What will be the position after my resigning from this company??
Am i liable for any kind of statement given on behalf of the company? Whether i have to attend the litigation in future after my resigning from this company??

1.No. You will not be personally liable.
2.It will be taken care of by your successor.
3. You are not personally liable.
4. If the court requires your presence for any reason you have to appear without fail.

Yes pl. Also pl.check up, it must be a writ petition filed in the High Court against an order passed by RPFC/EPF Appellate Tribunal.Generally,HON'BLE H.C.directs in case of a writ against order of RPFC to avail statutory remedy first by filing appeal in the EPF AT against orders of RPFC if objected to by the other party.
