Drowning in not accident

I need case law in which drowning is not accident.Insurer died due to drowning in river. Insurance claim is given by the LIC but insurer family is claiming accident benefits.

Dear Anshul,
If you want to say that drowning is not accident - then according to you what it is? is it suicide, murder what is it according to you? Are you for the insurer or Insurance Company. Please clarify.

You can not declare that, drowining is not accident. The causes of drowining have not mentioned in query? Blindly you said drowining is not accident and you want case law?

If it is not a suicide, the drowning can be treated only as an accident. The author should answer the experts, if there is any clarification needed.
