AOOLICATION FOR RETURN OF PROPERTY

Sir, is this compulsory to file an application for return of Property before Magistrate through advocate only, whether applicant can do it on his own, if Magistrate compell to appoint an advocate what to do ?

No. Applicant can do it, court cannot compell the applicant to appoint the advocate.
