Sir Please refer if there is any case law under Sec 321 Cr.P.C. Matter is of forged muster roll, but the case against the accused is politically motivated. State has filed application under Sec 321 for withdrawal. I am on behalf of one of 3 accused. What must be the points of argument.

MR Arvind, points of arguments cannot be searched like this. it depends on merits, proceedings and contents of each case. You cannot generalise the arguments.

If the prosecution is withdrawing the complaint, the court will normally allow it. The defacto complainant if he is a private person, can oppose it.
