which information is require to send legel notice to accused?

1. Name and address of payee (in whose favour cheque is drawn).

2. Name and address of drawer (who has issued the cheque).

3. The liability against which the cheque was issued.

4. The particulars of the cheque, i.e. Number, date, amount and the bank whereupon it was drawn.

5. The date of presentation of cheque in bank by the payee.

6. The date and reason for dishonour of cheque and date of receipt of its information by the payee.

7. The factum of verbal demand made by the payee, if any, and the refusal of payment by the drawer.

cheque details (amt, date etc), date of deposit to bank for clearing, date of return , date of recieving back from depositor's bank, nature of debt , cause of return and a demand to pay within 15 days against the retd cheque amount.
