I want to prepare a written statement in case of suit filed under adverse possession. can I gate plaint on the subject.

You have to get the plaint copy from the court only.

Plea of adverse possession is available only as defence and pltff. cannot get declaration of title on plea of adverse possession.

Yes. The plaintiff cannot claim adverse possession. It is only the defendant who can claim adverse possession in a suit.
