please member suggest me,
one of our employee suffered from stroke and was hospitalised, all the expenses of his treatment was incurred by our company. he got recover but his right arm and hand got paralysed. accordinf to our doctors certificate his disability in roght arm and hand will be permanent and continue medication for long term.
members i just want to confirm what will be the total percentage of loss of earning capacity. since only his right hand is not working rest of the part of the body are fit. kindly suggest me

If the nature of duties are such that he can still perform them with his left hand after some training, if necessary, he has to be allowed to continue in the job. Alternatively he may be posted on such job where he can serve the Company without using his right hand.
