Production of two driving licences by one person/driver

I want to know what is the legal position in claim case if driver produce two driving licences one in claim case and second in criminal case,arising out of a same occurence.Issuing authorities of both dl are also differ.Both DL is having no any connection with each other.Insurance co. during the investigation unearth this fact and proved it on claim case file that driver has produced two different-2 driving licences in both cases claim and crl case.secondly in same situation what will be the fate of claim case in case dl on crl file found fake one,whereas DL on claim case found genuine,it is pertinent to mention here that both cases are related to same accident.Kindly advice.Regards

Could you find any difference in personal details of the driver in two licenses, except the types of Motor Vehicles for which licenses were granted by two different authorities? If not, unless the licenses are found fake, what type of objection lies in producing two different driving licenses? Further, what type of connection do you want to convey about two licenses?
