I WANT TO KNOW THAT RTI IS APPLICABLE ON PRIVATE INSTITUTES AND SCHOOLS PLZ ANSWERE AND CITATION IF SOMEBODY HAVE.

No. RTI Act is not applicable to private institutions.

if you want to know about the private school than you can ask to the District Education Officer in this regard by the way of RTI

RTI is not applicable on private organizations. RTI is applicable to Government organizations only. Act and Rules are very clear on that part, so no citation is needed or may not be available. Even the District Education Officer can provide only that much information, which by law is maintained by the education department. That office would not be liable to seek the information from the school/ institution concerned to supply to the applicant.

You may however seek the help of parent-teacher association of the school/institution.
