Dear Forum
To defend my self in 498a case ...
Cell Phone Records before filing 498a case had with my wife, before filing the case
Bank transactions[money deposited when she asekd] before filing the case.
Can we file party in person CrPc 91 statment?

Section 91 of the CRPC authorises any court or any officer in charge of a police station to issue summon or written order to produce any document at the time and place stated in the summons or order for the purposes of any investigation/inquiry, and not to give any discretion to any individual to file any statement. You may request the competent court or the officer in charge of the police station to consider your request, if you feel the need of production of any such documents to help investigation.
