mobile tower

three mobile towers nearly in my house ine is from erected by aircel and other tow reliance and videocon at back side of my house. Some bodies says radiation output is very high level from mobile tower. So many houses and children in every house.so what relief i am entitled.

Somebody told you wrongly.. If there is radiation problem mean govt will not allow any towers inside residence areas.. Just leave your worry.. And more over the mobile company entered in to an agreement with the land owners.. With land owner's permission only view maintaining their cell phone tower.. Whats your rights here to question about towers which is standing on other's land..

If you have doubt mean just clear your self through r.t.i act. Post to trai. And clear your self whether any radiation output is possible or not.. If yes mean we can file a P.I.L to remove that towers..

in this regard if the towers are installed at the roof than the no objection certificate is required from the neighborers and if the noc is not given than the tower can not be started and operation is stopped and you can also file a civil suit for permanent injunction or report to the municipal corporation regarding the deposit of the market fee for the erection of the structures

Your concern is about radiation output is very high level from mobile tower and harmful to people.

First, the energy level of radiofrequency (RF) waves is relatively low, especially when compared with the types of radiation that are known to increase cancer risk, such as gamma rays, x-rays, and ultraviolet (UV) light. The energy of RF waves given off by cell phone towers is not enough to break chemical bonds in DNA molecules, which is how these stronger forms of radiation may lead to cancer.

While high levels of RF waves can cause a warming of body tissues, the energy levels on the ground near a cell phone tower are far below the levels needed to cause this effect. Thus far, there is no evidence in published scientific reports that cell phone towers cause any other health problems.

While 3 towers near your house is too much(RF waves?) ,But here every mobile company have to take a permission of land owner and government.
