warrant issued in spite of getting anticipatory bail

Respected sir,
At April 15th,we get anticipatory bail.we were asked to come with 2 surities each and we presented ourselves before the court with two surities.After all the formalities at court ,our lawyer said that anticipatory bail has now been granted.
My problem is that in recent days warrant have been came in our police station against us in the same case where we have taken Anticipatory bail.police station is exerting pressure on us and our lawyer is unable to say what we have to do...We are in a huge problem..
Please suggest what we have to do to avoid arrest.?

were u appearing before the trial court after getting the anticipatory bail?

if your lawyer is not in position to help you out then engage some other counsel and find out the actual developments occurred in the case.

Once again go through your anti' bail's order copy. I think court may be grant any condition bail regard your issues. After complied surety formalities you may not be obey the condition direction. Its may be anything like should appear before respondent police or concern court.. So now again you may got a nbw. Its very formal again once just surrender your self before the concern court, and recall the warrant. The same surety peoples enough now.

People are under the wrong impression that in cases where the so-called "anticipatory bail" is granted to a person an arrest warrant cannot be iisued against him or that he cannot be arrested. S. 438 of CrPC merely says: "that Court may, if it thinks fit, direct that in the event of such arrest, he shall be released on bail." So anticipatory bail only means that if he is arrested he has to be released forthwith on his showing to the police officer the bail he got.

Dear Sirs,
If anticipatory bail has been granted before issuing warrant then is there any documents provided by court to the bailers to prevent arrest by the police in future ?
Or any documentary proof which will show that we are in bail? If yes what is the name of the documents ?Please tell.

the court will give bail orders.

I think your bail would have been canceled for non compliance of the conditions.

Did you get copy of bail order?

If your advocate is not provide you any solution, you must change your advocate.
