oath

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 15 June 2011 This query is : Resolved
During the legal hearings, we take oath on the GITA, Bible... But my question is, whether can I request the Honarable Judge to allow all the witnesses to take oath on their children or loved ones, along with following the usual worst practice of taking oath on GITA or bible?

During the legal hearings, we take oath on the GITA, Bible... ONLY IN BOLLY WOOD COURT.
IN COURTS YOU TAKE OATH IN NAME OF "GOD" BY WHATEVER NAME YOU CALL ACCORDING YOUR LANGUAGE AND FAITH.
AN OATH IS ADMINISTERED UNDER OATH ACT,YOU MAY AGITATE TO GET IT AMENDED ACCORDING TO YOUR WISHES,IF YOU CAN????????????????//.

Respected Sir, Thanks for your valuable reply.
But cann't you, the experts in the field, feel the idea (being an ordinary person have in mind) be implemented in the system of judiciary?
Can this not hold good in our beloved system?
Thanks again.

mr. Anonymous yr view is very valuable ,
when evidence came before court the reader says to him
KHUDA KO HAJIR NAJIR MAAN KAR KASAM KHAO,
YA
BHAGWAAN KI KASAM KHAO.
BUT
you r right the oath should be their children or loved ones!

Thanks Mr Sarvesh Sir. Yes, the system of farce is going on in the Judiciary. All we know that neither god is there nor khuda, because the actual culprits take oath on the god, and they escapes from the so strong judiciary in a very easy way after saying all the lie.
Why this type of farce going on in the society and how can we (the ordinary and especially the experts of the judiciary system)amend the system?
