false dowry case fightback

my wife and her parents filed a false 498a against me.
She has an illicit relation because of which she is doing all this.

I have lot of proof agaibts her which can prove her case is false. Also there is enough evidence that her parents are also involved in this false case

Can I file a case of criminal consiracy against her and her parents?

What other cases I can file against her and her parents?

No case lies against them unless and until they make any willful false statement on oath.

At first you will have to prove your innocense and falseness of the case and then only think about any other thing, like illicite relations.
