I am working in a Bank, due to Manager's fault I was booked under section 477A with lot of legal battle for 16 years now I won the case and reinstated in to the services of the Bank, still I am having 8 years of service left over, now, I also won the CRLA on the judgement of the lower court. Now the thing is because the judgement gone against the state, please advise me what I have to do If, Bank goes to supreme court for an appeal on the High court bench ruling.
If you please send me the copy of the plaint and judgment by attaching with your email, I can suggest you the points to be taken care of in case the employer resorts to appeal against the judgment.

Even if State moves to SCI even then you have to insist on the same points upon which you continued your long battle and ultimately you proved yourself as clean and unblemished.
It is premature to comment anything without having received the anticipated copy of appeal.

Expert : raj kumar makkad IS RIGHT,you need to defend points on which the judgement has come in your favor and assail those which may be raised in appeal.
