I was married in the year 2003 againsnst my wish,bcause the buisness I used to look after was in my mother's name & so my father used to interfair,which I didn't liked at all.ButI had to marry at that time on instance of my fa mily elders as it was a arranged marriage.But I did so after my father verbally accepted to transfer the buisness in my name after within three mounths of the marriage.After few days of the marriage when I asked for the transfer he not only denied but also just took away all the money(capital) made sure the buisness fails.In the mean my mother died of cancer & my went to her maternal house with my for my monetary constrainsts.
Is there any out of the situation.
Please help out of this mess

1)you have mentioned business was in your mother name .in other words do you have any documentary evidence that business was in your mother name
2)did your mother leave behind any will?

Still to day my father has the licence renewed in her name & no my motherleave behind any will
