1)adiya what are the facts of your case .
in complaint made under section 138 facts of case has to be pleaded .
when was cheque issued? was it for debt due and paybale .
when was cheque presented ? date of dishonour ? legal notice issued whether replied or not
2) on complaint being filed verification is done . you have to produce original documents at time of verification for perusal of judge
3) if court is satisfied summons are issued
4) accused eneters hsi appearnce and plea recorded . original documents filed by complainant
5) examination in chief of complainant followed by cross examination
6) if complainnat desires to lead further evidence examine more witnesses .
7) accused is enttled to submit his case . examination in chief and cross
8) staement recorded of accused.
9) judgement
