We are staying in BORIVALI (mumbai) pagdi system from last 41 years. The landlord is recanting charge Rs.100 per month for rent collection charge. He is right for law in?And my room are is my father name he is dead last 10 years before & my mother also dead last 20 years before can is possible tenant’s rights transfer in my name ?. Can all tenants’ rights for repairer building without N.O.C. FORM LANDLORD. What are our rights? Recant landlord are racing rent by cheques. Cheques religion after some time is he gives me rent respite. i have rent receipt from jun-1970 recant also i am staying there with my wife & my two kids . my landlord are so oldge he is 90 years old and recant he make bypass surgery. So he is retired. Take our all matter landlord son. I ask if any time landlord are dead than can any problem from landlord son.plz sir / madam give me your value bal advice i am so poor man . I am so ham full. plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Tenant\'s Rights Under Pagdi System
We are staying in BORIVALI (mumbai). pagdi system . This room rent receipt my father name. Rent receipt from JUN 1970 he is dead dt.2000 & my mother also dead dt.1995. My father family member in two son & three daughters. I am last. I am staying with father from got the room. I have rent receipt from JUN1970. My big brother are married & left from this room dt.20.06.1995. And my two sister are married & left from this room DT 04/05/1990 & 11/05/1990 .one sister are married & left from this room DT.04/02/1998. Can is possible rent receipt transfer in my name? Without my brother & sister N.O.C. . Can is possible tenant’s rights transfer in my name? What are our rights?
Recantly landlord is charge for Rs.100/- per month for rent collection charge. & cowman aria security charges for Rs.150/- per month. But he is cowman aria making for pay & park. He is right for rent law in? Recently he is recving rent by cheque only in fav. Is landlord.from two years? I paid Rent cheque in my saving A/C. Can any benefit for Me.?
This building in “34” tenant’s and building are some wall he so danger. “34” tenant’s are ready to repair
