DEAR EXPERTS I HAVE GIVEN FACTS ON LOSS OF NON JUDICIAL PAPER OF RS 5 ISUED IN MY NAME WHICH CONTAINS NOTHING BUT IS BLANK AND UNSIGNED.AND ONLY CONTAINS NAME OF MY ON BACK WHICH IS TO BE WRITTEN ON BACK AND ADDRESS ALSO WHEN IT WAS ISSUED.AS SUGGESTED BY SOME EXPERTS TO FILE FIR FOR ITS LOSS .I WANT TO KNOW WHAT INFORMATION I AM REQUIRED TO GIVE IN FIR .I HAVE TO FILE FIR OR OTHER NAMED REPORT.SUGGEST WHAT INFORMATION I SHOULD HAVE ON MY HAND ON FILING REPORT.I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF LAW.AS SUGGESTED FOR SAFETY PURPOSE BY SOME EXPERTS.KINDLY SUGGEST.I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO POLICE STATION

1) date of purchase of stamp paper 2) reason for purchase 3) place from where it was purchased 4) date when it was lost 5)how did you lose the stamp paper

go to Treasury/Stamp Vendor, ask him to check register for date.

To whom against you lodge FIR??
When stamp is blank unsigned the what r u afraid off.
You need only to lodge an information in daily diary of police abt loss/missing of your blank unsigned stamp.

The desired f.i.r. would read like:
To, The station in charge, police station.......(name) DISTRICT............... SIR! It is submitted that applicants name is... ......s/o......................r/o...... bought a stamp of value Rs.5/= on........(date of purchase) in his name but unfortunately the same which is blank and unsigned was lost some where at .....( place of loss should fail within police station) on ............ and despite all intelligent efforts made,the applicant is unable to trace and get it back.It is in view of this fact is being reported. signature.
