Does delay in chargesheet impact antipacitory bail of accused under 498a.

Bail order mention below

"the bail granted pursant to this order shall be in force till the end of trial of the case and untill it is canceled by this court in acordance with paragraph 103 of the verdit in Siddharma satilngappa mhetre case (Surpra)

Some lawyer say AB is applicable only for 6 months then it has be renewed.
I got bail in Feb, no chargesheet filled yet, do i need to renew AB.

AB is granted in yours favour, it is valid till the final desposal of your case u/s 498a.
you should not bother about the filling of chargesheet.
The lawyer who suggested you that renewal is required; may not have gone through the landmark caselaw of Siddharam Mhetre!!!
don't try to obtain suggestions from anybody other than your lawyer!

AB if a specific period is mentioned in AB then you have to surrender otherwise it would alive till disposal of the case.
