Paying guest permission

what if entire society member decides not to keep payng guest ? is it in the byelaw ? or should one can go and fight ? or get a letter from registrare ? pls guide me thru expert is thr any way to oppose committe members ? or one has to obey them and keep quit , is thr any law ? pls guide me ? becos my house bread and butter is the income i get thru paying guest i keep. i am keeping from last 15 yrs bt now some members are objecting it.kindly guide me for the same thanx

1?) if you desire to keep paying guest society permission is must . make application to society . obtain written permission from society

2) going to registrar wont serve any purpose
3) you cannot oppose managing committee decision if society has decided against giving you permission .
4) you inform the society that you are willing to pay non occupancy charges . please grant permission

Society cannot take any decision contrary to its bye-laws so it is better to first go through these rules and find out whether any binding clause of paying guests is available there or not. If yes then adopt the way told by ajay sethi and if no then fight legally and serve a legal notice to office bearers of society to revoke their illegal order failing which file a civil suit and obtain stay order.

one more thing to add, please check the relevant laws applicable in your state.

there is a difference in legal position in different states in this regard.
