Is sale of property owned by partnership firm possible via passing resolution or all partners will have to sign sale deed??

1. If partnership deed authorise disposal of property by one partner through resolution.
2. If partnership deed is silent then all partners.(Partnership firm is not engaged in the business of property).
3. If Partnership firm is engaged in business of property than one partner, if he is duly authorise.

Partnership deed says majority will decide with every partner having one vote and by voting. But deed is not registered and is not attested. It is only on stamp paper and signs are taken only on last page.
