Please guide,
A Person has adopted son in 1997 and real parents have given consent.
Now, on the Birth Certificate, names of real mother and father are there on BC.
Kindly guide, how can change the name of real mother and father from Birth Certificate(BC).
What is the procedure?

You can not.
You have to give adoption deed alongwith real birth certificate at all places.

Shonee Kapoor is absolutely correct. The question of changing the name of parents in the Birth Certificate simply does not arise. The factum of biological parents which is mentioned in the birth certificate cannot undergo any change. However, whenever there is need to prove the name of the adoptive parents, one has to carry the copy of the adoption deed along.

The question arises, were you born to the adopted mother? If no, then how you can expect the original birth record to be changed to falsify the record. Your original birth certificate has no bearing with your adoption. You can change your name, caste etc. by adopting a proper procedure by notification through Gazette notification, and use that along with your original birth certificate at the time of need, as an additional method, if you have any hesitation in adhering the advice of the Expert: Shonee.
