Dear Mr. Sunil,
As of now there is no age limit for getting enrolled with the Bar Council. You being resident of Faridabad, can also get enrolled in the Delhi Bar Council.
There is a prescribed application form costing around Rs. 400 or so, which you have to obtain by filling up a challan and remitting the same with the IDBI Bank near the Bar Council Premises.
Thereafter, you have to submit the duly filled up form, with two passport size photographs. You should also get recommendation/certificate from two Advocates with more than 10 years standing.
Along with the application you have to submit the following:
1. Your eligible 3 year degree certificate and complete mark sheets.
2. Your LL.B. provisional degree with complete mark sheets.
3. Since you completed your course while in service, necessary NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE granted by your organization permitting you to pursue the LL.B.
4. Attendance certificate from the College from where you completed your LL.B.
5. Character certificate from your college.
6. Your residence proof.

You have to submit your completed application form along with Enrolment Fee of around Rs. 6600/- or so. Thereafter they will fix a date for interview by the enrolment committee and once you are through in the interview, you will get enrolment number.

It is not clear as to in which academic year did you pass your LL.B.
For, those who pass out from the academic year 2009-2010 onwards, one has to also clear the All India Bar Examination conducted by Bar Council of India.
