i am central civil servant clerk. my friend have completed the B.ed regular course without the permission of his superiors while he was working in night shift. he said he will resign the present job if he gets the job for B.ed.kindly mail me the feasibility of this method. also mail me the corrective method to peacefully get the B.ed job now for
him

Taking prior permission is the best for you.
For your friend It is just his sweet will to resign.

There is no question of any feasibility here. It is the practicality. If your friend gets a job suiting his B.Ed., naturally he cannot continue in two jobs - one in the government as a clerk and another as a B.Ed. teacher. Therefore one of the jobs he has to quit. Which one he wants to quit is his choice / decision. Therefore, there is no question of any feasibility here.
