Immovable property

sir,
i have a number of cases related to land with different parties( title suits,complain cases etc).the problem is that my all 4 brothers and my cousin brothers too are not co-operating.that is to say only i am looking after all the cases like giving time for the cases and also i am only the one who is spending money in the cases like paying advocate, court fees etc.since the number of cases is around 40 in numbers due to which i have to give almost everyday for contesting the cases.still the partition between our uncles has not taken place. now if i just get out for earning money then whole of our property is going to be lost coz is no one is going to give time in court.now when the cases will be concluded in the future they will get equal share to me.then what about my spending money and time which i lost in court..what should i do so that i get greater share as i have invested my time and money over the years..do i send them notice that they are not spending money so they are not going to get share..

convince your cousin brothers, otherwise leave it or go for written agreement.

This is no a legal question. This is your mutual understanding. Better you collect all of them and put your question before them and demand a mechanism to deal with the issue otherwise you shall watch only your interest.

Such type of anomalies now a days are found every where.

One who is sincere,suffers a lot like you are doing.

Arriving at an agreement in writing making all the parties and providing for an account of money already expended and that may get expended in future to gather with remunerations for your day to attending the court and same getting enforced after final out come of cases or annually or monthly realizable from other sharers is not a bad bet to think for in existing circum stances..
