Missing unregistered documents

I AM 5TH OWNER OF FLAT, 3RD UNREGISTERED AGREEMENT IS MISSING. EVEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AT THE OF PURCHASE. I DONT HAVE XEROX COPY AND NEITHER SELLER HAS ANY COPY OF AGREEMENT. TO COMPLETE CHAIN OF AGREEMENT WHAT SHOULD I DO. I HAD DONE AGREEMENT OF SALE, NOW BANK IS DEMANDING 3RD AGREEMENT WHICH IS MISSING. PLEASE ADVICE

if the 3rd agreement sellor ready to make another bind agreement then made it out and register the agreement also.

3rd Agreement seller is not traceble. please advice.

No copy would obtainable from sub registrar as it was an unregistered agreement but you are advised to consult personally to a lawyer
who would be able to guide you how to proceed in particular circumstances of your case.

bank wont sanction loan if chain of document is missing. cancel the deal if you can . if you have entered into agreement for sale if seller has defective title you are entitled for refund
