Divorced wife on the ground of Cruelty to her husband can entitled to get maintenance under section 125 of Cr.P.C. please guide me.

Yes, she can get maintenance from husband.

The quantum of maintenance however might vary on grounds.

A divorced wife could be allowed maintenance
subject to terms of decree of divorce,if she has fore gone past,present,future right to maintenance,i wonder how can she now claim it in guise of cruelty of husband when two have severed for ever.What role cruelty ex husband has to play now.

However if maintenance aspect was not dealt while passing the divorce decree,she can be,
subject to her husbands means and her inability to maintain her self may lead to a grant till date she does not remarry.

agree to mr singh for unfounded basis of cruelty as maintenance after decree infact is passed pro 4 maintenance.
