Types of cases

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 30 September 2011 This query is : Resolved
Dear sir,

what are the types of cases (civil etc) in which both the parties, one who filed the case and who is accussed should go to court everytime ?

what are the types of cases in which only the accussed is called to court everytime ? and there is no need for the person who filed the case to go to court everytime.

In civil cases there are no accused.

Hence, advocates can attend for both.

However in complaint cases of criminal nature , the complainant as well as accused need to appear.
