in criminal case,complainant party have not believe on government/state lawyer & party want to fight their case with believable personal lawyer instead of state lawyer.what is procedure.

you can engage private advocate to appear before the court to represent you. But state lawyer can't be remove since its state case.

Yes, your lawyer can also make his own submission with the permission of the advocate representing the State.

You can engage a private one who can work with permission of state prosecutor.

Written submissions can be made by the private pleader with the permission of court and not the advocate representing the state (Sec 301 Cr.P.C.)
