permissible custody of Defaulting-Respondent for default in paying maintenance-arrears u/s 125 CrPC to the claimant for each execution for a period of more than one month or one month for each month's default covered by same execution?

It is custody of one month for each month of default.
It is maximum to 12 months in a given year.
In one case petitioner can press for implementation and resultant custody for more than one month.

I diagree,

Delhi HC and P&H HC maintain, ONE MONTH CUSTODY FOR EVERY EXECUTION FILED.

Madras HC maintained, ONE MONTH CUSTODY FOR EVERY MONTH OF DEFAULT.

So it is more dependent on the practice of the HC.
