anshul what kind of job u intend to pursue.

Mr. Sarvesh is correct that being a legal adivser u may not be in position to appear as a lawyer in the court.

however few private firms or companies do hier services of practising lawyers on their panel.

for the first kind of option the employer may demand for some years of experience.

U can become a legal advisor, but experience counts, without practical knowledge no body will prefer u. experience is essential. Legal field is like a sea, u have to swim.

Dear Rajeev!

You have correctly explained about legal profession
Swami Sadashiva Brahmendra Sar (Expert) 04 May 2009
advise given by my friends is sufficient.
Guest (Expert) 04 May 2009
(1)Full-time employed person cannot be enrolled as an Advocate.

(2) An Advocate can be Legal Adviser to multiple organistions also. There is no restriction on this. (In Tamil Nadu I have seen names of law qualified persons names mentioned in Autorickshaw stand associations display board as their 'Legal Advisor'!).
