Tneb charging commercial tariff for residential

I seek kind guidance on TNEB rules.

As an organisation, we hired an house for tenancy where we made our employees to stay. Will the tariff will be commercial or domestic.
Kindly guide.

it will be domestic.

yes it is come under the tariff of domestic and not under commercial

I differ a little.

If the same is labelled as guest house, it would be commercial.
