Dowry proof

Police department is enquiring my in-laws for dowry case which i filed in police station. I dont know what they spoke to my in-laws. But now they are asking proof to me to confirm that they are asking dowry.
How can i produce for this? None of their family members are accepting it.

Many of the dowry cases are used only to harrass the inlaws.

Without proof you can prosecute them, but, can not convict them.

This type of things generally have no documentary witness.

If your allegations are true indeed then you should not have any trouble to bring them in forefront.

You should not look for such a charity from person you want to accuse; they would never accept,nor should they do it.

You must have evidence and in a dowry case it can be oral only.No body would ask dowry in writing.

I think police is Biased towards my in-laws. They didnt even enquire them. But just asked me to wait for some more time. Already it took 1 week after filing my CSR.

Depends where your case is.

In 498-a cases, there are procedures everywhere. In Delhi for example arrest is unheard of in this section, however in Jharkhand, you can not evade arrest.

Proofs implies only bills of purchase of dowry items if you have. There cannot be written proof for demanding dowry. Oral evidence works in such cases. So you need not worry. Let the trial be initiated.
