Harassment by widow of brother.

SIR, My innocent brother commit suicide in Nov 2010 in his house as he was in depression due to the mentle/physical torture by her wife as she use to allege him by making false complaints of dowry and domestic violence in police station. But I did not complaint against her keeping in view of small children of my brother in my statement to police over his death.
But afterward she became overconfident that she can do anything and can harm to anybody being WOMEN by making false complaints against anybody. Now she is torturing me , my parents,my sisters and my brother-in -law as follows:-
1. Four months later (in FEB 2011)after the death of my brother she suddenly alleged to local police that” her husband suicide because of our conspiracy and now we are threatening her to Kill.” The police inquired the case and dismiss her complaint.
2. Then she approach to ACP,DCP then to DC with the request to F.I.R against us under IPC 306 over the suicide of her husband but everywhere her complaint was rejected after enquiry.
3. Then she approach National Human Right Commission (NHRC).
NHRC forwarded the complain to State Crime Branch. Now we are
facing enquiry from S.C.B. We are totally fed up from her false
complain as I have to attend Inquiry officer by taking Leave from my
office.
Please guide me how can I counteract her false complaint? Should
I file suit against her for harassment. Or anything else? Please Guide
me.

the mistake you made was you did not make staement to the police that sucide was committed by your brother on account of his wife constant harrasment .
did your brother leave behingd any sicide note?
any letters , emails wherein he blamed his wife for his sorry state of affiars?
you have to in your stataement before crime branch give details of earlier cases filed by her and dismmised by cops .
in addition see to it that your family does not stay in same house with her . provide her alternative accomodation if possible . once she is separate then her frequent outbursts may cease

We can imagine your pains and suffering due to unending complaints of your sister-in-law but there is no solution but to face till she stops herself and then you may initiate a criminal action under section 182 as well as damages for malicious prosecution and false complaints. Criminal case for defamation is another remedy.

arrange alternative accommodation for her. for this it could stop other causes.
As point 1 and 2, no guilty found on the part of your family, similarly it should be happened on point 3. as suggested by Mr. Makkad that there is no solution but to face till she stops herself and then you may initiate a criminal action under section 182/499.

Respected Experts,
First of all ,I request you not to overlook my Query saying it is an anonymous Query.I am aware that you are not replying anonymous Query but on the other hand you wants the Query in the same thread. It is an two months old Query which was posted by me as an anonymous. While reading the contents of my original Query You will agree with me that it should better for me to be remained as anonymous in future also.
I want to get updated the status here of my problem for further suggestion:-
4.Please refer to point 3 of my original Query . Story further is that the D.S.P of State crime Branch did not behave with me properly while inquiry with me as he was given Bribe by the opposite party. He talk to me rudely. But as I am on a respectable govt post he did not dare to sent false report to NHRC. I thought the matter is over now.
5. But 2 days before again I received a phone call from SHO of Police station that there is a complaint filed by your "bhabhi" and you have to come to police station to enquiry.
6.I learnt that there is nothing new in the contents of complaint, then why the police is attending the complaint when the same has been inquired upto the NHRC.
7.Now I think, time has come that I should suit against my "BHABHI" under section 182/499 as suggested by Respected Shailesh Kr. Shah and Makkad Sir but the problem is that I have no Documentry proof of the complaints and their enquiry reports. If I collect the same through RTI for that I have to give some references which is not available with me.
8. I have already take the precaution as suggested by Respected AJAY SETHI. I have even left the station also and residing in another city with my family.
9. Sir, Donot YOU think that you should review your decision about "Anonymous Query' in Exceptional cases like mine where Dignity or life of an individual is in danger if I discloses my identity. So please review your resolution "Not to reply Anonymous Query"

you need not divulge your real name .you cna raise query in any other name . but we cannot reply to anonymous queries as it was a collective decision by experts .
