sir, i am a female govt employee i got married and divorced and then had a affair with my collegue who was married at that time and had a child with him and lat
er he divorced and we married now what
the problem is our office is not accept our daughter as our dependent child saying it was not through proper marraige hence cannot be considered. is it legal
then what is status of our child

The child is illegitimate however she has right of inheritance from her biological father as far as his self acquired properties are concerned.
The child is dependent as well and hence the office is wrong on this account.

Child born out of live in relationship is fully entitled for every legal right of inheritance of his parents irrespective of their lawful marriage or not. Issue a notice to your department and if you fail then file a civil suit or writ against your department.

Also, your partner can legally adopt the child, she would get sanctity as a natural born child
