CAN A PERSON MOVE THE LOK ADALAT SEEKING JUCTICE AGAINST THE INDIFFERENT ATTITUTDE OF THE MUNCIPAL CORPORATION IN DEMOLISHING AN ILLEGAL AND UNAUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTTION MADE IN THE COMMON AREA OF GROUP HOUSING WHERE THE PARTY WHO MADE SUCH CONSTRUCTION DOES NOT HAVE A TITLE TO THE PLACE ENCROACHED AND THE PARTIES APPLICATION FOR REGULARIZASTTION HAS BEEN REJECTED AND THE PARTY IS APPLYING FOR RELIEF FROM ONE COURT TO ANOTHER COURT AGAINST THE CORPORATION.
THE CORPORATION AND THEIR STANDING COUNSEL ARE NOT RESPONDING IN TIME TO GET THEM VACATED.

LOK ADALAT is for speedy settlement of Court Cases.

So First there should be a Court Case

Any opf the part to suit must apply in Court to refer the suit for Lok Adalat.
The Opposite party should also co-operate and attend the Lok Adalat, otherwise, LA have no any right to settle the matter on their own.

Shortly, if Both party agree than only Lok Adalat for them . otherwise NO.

A PERSON ON HIS OWN CANNOT MOVE LA.

THERE IS A WRIT PETITION AND ALSO A CONTEMPT CASE PENDING IN THE HIGH COURT.

you can't move own for lok adalalat.
and for subsequent query, wait for order of High Court.

Sir, The writ petition is pending in the high court for the past two years, and the crp is pending in the high court for the past six monnth.
