Minor gift deed sign

i am an advocate drafting a gift ded in whuch mother is donor and donee is her minor daughter for whom his elder brother is executing the same deed i want to know whose photo should i affix at the place of donee either donee minor daughter or a brother who is signing on her behalf as her guardian

In a gift delivery of possession is must. So on behlaf of minor possession of the gift has to be taken by the minor guardian. So mother photo is necessary I think.

Though there is no legal requirement to affix photo of donee and even then if you want to affix then the photo of minor daughter should be affixed thereon though possession is being delievered to her major brother on her behalf.

I have small doubt that how can brother signed gift deed on behalf of sister unless permit by the court?
