No specific format for a writetn argument.
you have to mention your points of argument and you can support the same with judgments.
The points which came out in your support during the stage of evidence too are to be stated precisely.

And Argument cannot travel beyond evidence, and beyond everment.
Dear Sandeep,
This is the most important Final Stage of any court case. As you are layman, as far as Legal Procedure is concerned, unless you go through few cases[say 15] from notice stage to Order, and read Written Argument of both side, and judgement of Judge, it is difficult for you to understand what you asked.

What ever you want to say in oral argument, put it in writing. That is called written argument.

No format is there. Do read carefully Order V, VIII of CPC.

You should start with the case of the plaintiff, the case of the defendant, the replication, the issues, the evidence led by both parties and your onus on the issues which you have to prove citing specifically oral as well as exhibited documents in support of your appraisal of your stand.
At last you should mention that you have succeffully proved your case hence the prayed relief be awarded to you.

I think Mr. Makkad has very properly guided you to steps of stair and other things develop as art in due course according to your own inequality for which there can be no guidance.
