My wife has suited for nullity of the marriage(Special marriage).I met her yesterday and she has changed her mind and not ready to come with me.She has cheated me.If i file for RCR will it help me.She says that she will say that we didn't have intercourse because her parents have brainwashed her.
what are the procedures i have to face in the RCR
How many time we can talk each other.

RCR wouldn't help you in the given case. You should face and defend the ongoing petition filed by your wife and should disapprove the contents of her petition.

There is no legal hurdle to keep on talking with your wife.

You engage a lawyer and follow his guidelines on the subject.

you dont want divorce . then you have to contest her petition .

you can file for RCR if you so desire .

Ask her to convert the petition into a Mutual consent divorce instead of fighting a legal battle she would also agree as the purpose is the same to get seperated.
