Agri land compensation by nhai

Sir, please inform me as to how the market value of agri land is determined by NHAI while acquiring the land for national highway project. The value of the land owned by me is 50 lacs per acre if i sell my land. The purchaser of land is ready to pay 50 lacs in parts i.e. 3o lacs cash & 20 lacs by cheque thro bank. My query is whether NHAI will payme the actual & truthful value of 50 lacs or not.

Price Acquisition of land determined on market value of land. Make representation before ADM(L&R) for demand of desired market price.

The rates by State instrumentalists is taken into consideration on the basis of a committee to be for the purpose of determination of the compensation to be offered. If any one has any objection, he may make it to the appropriate authority within a stipulated time after obtaining the compensation offered under protest so that his appeal may reach to the District Judge with award to fix proper rates for compensation as per Land Acquisition Act.
